Who We Are
As an active Community Interest Company (CIC), we exist to make supported living work for the people we support. Some individuals learning disabilities or autistim may need extra help with communication, management, or confidence. Others may need lighter support with tenancy responsibilities or managing day-to-day life.
Whatever the level of need, our mission is the same, to give each person the tools, encouragement, and support to live in their own home with dignity and independence.

We do this by focusing on:
-
Helping them uphold their tenancy and understand their housing rights
-
Supporting positive risk-taking to build confidence
-
Encouraging social integration with peers and the wider community
-
Assisting with budgeting, benefits, and personal finances
-
Developing personal organisation and life skills
-
Strengthening and maintaining healthy relationships

Our Unique Approach

Every person we support has a personalised plan that they help shape, focused on tenancy sustainment, community life, and long-term independence. For those moving into adulthood or their first tenancy, we provide practical guidance—such as setting up utilities, managing rent, and accessing education, training, or employment. Each person has a dedicated key worker to ensure consistency and genuine one-to-one support.

We work closely with families, housing providers, and professionals to make sure support is tailored, coordinated, and sustainable. For individuals with complex needs, including autism and learning disabilities, our detailed assessments ensure that support is designed around the person, not the label.

As an active CIC, we measure quality through regular feedback, audits, and continuous staff development. Our team is carefully recruited, fully DBS-checked, and trained to high standards, so people always feel safe, supported, and at home.
